Good value for good food. Had bday party there and they took good care of us.

The service was awesome our server was punctual and kind.

Log Jam is in Grand Ledge. The wait staff is personable. They come back to check on you. The restaurant is clean. The food is good and reasonably priced. We have been here before and will go back again.

Fish dinner and a New York Strip for us tonight. Everything was excellent! Small town family-owned places are almost always a good bet for a great meal. Great beer selection too!

It's been a while since I've been to log jam. Everything was an improvement since the last time I've been there. The food, service and menu where very good. I will not hesitate to go back.

Foods great. Price is right. Most of the time served quickly. It's a hit or miss some nights. But overall will continue to be a regular spot to eat.

The food is good, and the servers are nice, but what makes this place so special is the atmosphere. Mi kids always yell, "Log Jam!" When we drive by, and they would come here every Friday if we let them.

I had an excellent olive burger and fries. Really good fries! My wife had a really good Italian chicken dish. We will be back. And the overworked server was friendly, funny, and efficient.

Clean and neat place, the food is very tasty, the portions are large and the service is fast.

Good food and service in a cozy atmosphere

The food was decent, but the service was great! Even though they were extremely busy when we arrived, we were greeted by the manager (or owner?) and sat fairly quickly. He also checked on us as we were leaving to make sure everything was good. Our server (I think her name is Kyra) was great. She was quick and had a very friendly attitude, even though she was obviously very busy and working really hard.

They just wont get away from those California blend vegetables (yuck, come on Kris how about corn or peas) but the rest of the meal was great.

I took my girlfriend to the Log Jam we both haven't been back their in a very long time , the Log Jam is a family owned friendly family oriented environment that makes you want to keep coming back every single time , I can't wait to go back for saint Patrick's day , I definitely recommend everyone check this place out whenever you have the time

Its seems they have been trained that people are just numbers. Especially the owner. I was treated as let's get you what you want and get you out of here. The food is great but the service is really lacking.

Great reubens, wet burritos and olive burgers. The staff is very friendly. First time there but everyone loved their food and we will definitely be back.

Food was FANTASTIC! Service was not great.. The place was not busy and our waitress was very short with us, and would leave before we could ask for anything including refills. I could not get her attention for the bill (on her phone) or a box. The person in charge ended up giving us a box.

Had a party of 8 for lunch. Very good and quick service. Very good ribs, tender, almost fall the bone. Very fresh salad, and the staff kept drinks refilled. Very friendly and efficient. Will definitely return.

The staff is hard working and friendly. The soup was hot and tastey and the beer cold.

Food and service can be really good but only if they are slow. Once it gets busy, you get the wrong food, undercooked, incorrect change. After several bad experiences we stopped going.

Worst burrito I ever had in my life. Nothing inside, just a rolled up flour tortilla. The price was high and the service sucked. Brought it to their attention and they didn't come a cent! Not even an apology.

Menus were out of date compared to the food that they now serve. Portions are small compared to the price. Surprisingly busy for quality of food served here. Will not go back.

Did a great job a hosting a birthday party. It was a last minute plan and they accommodated a very large party. Food and drink pricing was extremely reasonable!Thanks to Chris the manager there. My wife had an excellent time celebrating her 50th with her friends!

We had a holiday gathering at the Log Jam. Wait Staff are really good, very pleasant and accurate on all 20 orders in the party. Fish and chips are "famous" and also tasty. It's a bar and grill so expect bar type food. Atmosphere is woodsy. We had fun there.

I sat there and watched my food sit on the counter, ready to go for 7 minutes while my lunch break had just ticked away. Despite the waitress that took my order as well as the other employees passed by the food numerous times, no one seemed to care that there was food just sitting there, getting cold. As a result, I can't even eat this food because I have to get back to work. The older gentleman is very welcoming to all, but the Mother and Daughter that work there made me feel like they only care about regulars there. I was excited to go back there after the first time, with my encounter with the older gentleman, but sadly will not be returning anytime soon.

Down home charm, good food, good service

I came in for dinner, ordered a soup and Cesar salad. Soup was perfect order of homemade corn chowder. Salad I would not order again. Chicken 'cubes' were smaller than the croutons, dry and sparce. Romain was limp and dark green. Now reflecting, perhaps left over from a lunch salad bar? Our service was impeccable and friendly as always.
